Amélie/Birthday

I know that I am about eight years behind, but I finally watched 'Amélie' last night for my birthday (loved, as expected).  C and I had the verrrry lazaaazzy day of coffee & tea in bed and eating burritos from El Farolito, (veggie for me, carne asada for him) before coming back to my house for naps and Sex and the City. After laying around all afternoon we went up to Lumiere, a very tiny theater built in 1967,  to see 'Beeswax' after missing last weekend in Berkeley.  Beeswax was then followed by more food (we ordered thai), wine, a key lime tart, and a magical movie. Birthdays are meant to spent fat & happy; I think we accomplished that.
